In any case, it is impossible to do with EFCs if you have a pre-2015 box, otherwise it's easy. Why did you completely ignore Rob's post? I have the new model HOMEWORX HW180STB which can record shows. Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button.
